The location was excellent near many historical sites. The staff was helpful making my arrival smooth. The room itself had comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. I visited tourist attractions by foot and found returning to the hotel easy.
The room we had did not feature an enclosed washroom creating some awkwardness.

long waitodd questioning
the customer service felt disappointing. i stayed there twice, and the second time, i arrived soaked due to a storm. i had to wait 45 minutes to check in. the receptionist questioned my nationality. also, i had mentioned i stayed the week prior.

The location was fantastic , near museums and many restaurants. The room featured a kettle. I enjoyed the view of El Pimpi and the Roman theatre from my window. Breakfast one morning included orange juice, pastries and fruit for €11.

the location was excellent. it was very central to everything and also within decent walking distance from the airport bus stop. the soundproofing was very good. i could not hear anything from the busy street right outside as my room had four double-glazed windows.
the staff on arrival was not great. she was miserable and unhelpful to me. she pointed down a corridor and said 'room'. the room numbers were in roman numerals and not everyone can work that out.
